Don't call me corrupt: Manmohan Singh

i don't think that manmohan singh is corrupt but he is not an decision taking person and it help to make a man corrupt.
          All his decision taken by sonia gandhi and congress and he is saying that.....

how can he says i am not know.he is the president of india.so i think manmohan is good person but not powerfull.
